Mr. Amit Mishra is a dedicated Field Officer at Shivaji Security Service and has been managing field operations for the past 20 years with commitment and professionalism. He plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily security operations across all assigned sites.
His core responsibility includes supervising security guards deployed at residential societies, offices, and client locations. Mr. Mishra conducts regular site visits to check attendance, discipline, uniform standards, and duty performance of guards. He ensures that all security personnel follow company rules and client instructions properly.
Mr. Mishra also handles daily operational issues such as shift scheduling, emergency replacements, conflict resolution at sites, and coordination between clients and guards. In case of any incident or complaint, he takes immediate action and reports the matter to senior management.
He is responsible for training and guiding new guards on duty procedures, communication skills, and professional behavior. His experience helps maintain high standards of service quality and client satisfaction.
